Chetre tea garden and Happy Valley tea garden

Happy Valley is known to produce some of the finest quality of tea in India, which goes by the name 'Super Fine Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe'. This gets further categorized into Green tea, White tea and Black tea. The plantations here are as old as 150 years. There are seasons for different types of tea.

Happy Valley Tea Estate is a Tea Garden in Darjeeling District in the Indian state of West Bengal. Established in 1854, it is Darjeeling's second oldest tea estate.

Darjeeling has only 87 Tea Gardens which are spread over seven valleys that cover the Darjeeling Hills. The Darjeeling Tea Estates produce approximately 9.6 million Kgs of tea each year. Darjeeling Tea has a unique taste which can be attributed to its climate, soil, slope, mountain mist, and rain.
